Brownsville Library

The town library will give both kids and adults hours of enjoyment. Walk in and say hello to the librarian, stay for story hour, or just browse for your next favorite book.

Linn County Museum

Looking for the Brownsville Historic Pioneer Museum? That's our nickname. Officially, we are the Linn County Historical Museum, located in historic Brownsville, Oregon. Museum exhibits are displayed in Brownsville's original railroad depot and six Southern Pacific railroad cars. Our collections cover the lives, work, and cultures of Native People, Oregon Trail immigrants, pioneer settlers, and early families and communities in Linn County.

Easter Egg Hunt in the Park Carriage Me Back

Pioneer Picnic

Join other youngsters at Pioneer Park for a community Easter Egg hunt the Saturday before Easter! Watch for more details in 2016. It's a historical drama, acted out all over town. Be transported back in time as you ride a horse-drawn wagon, visit the Moyer House museum, and watch scenes performed by actors in period dress.
